Perform advanced technical and professional work in labour economics research, labour market data analysis, and policy support to strengthen employment planning and economic development outcomes.
Requirements
Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or related field (or equivalent role experience); alternatively Bachelor's degree in related field with 2 years in similar position; strong expertise in labour market surveys, policy analysis, M&E tools, labour market information systems, and statistical methods; proficiency in STATA/SPSS; strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
