• You agree to provide truthful information in your profile and applications
• You understand that job listings are posted by third-party employers and The Gambia Jobs does not guarantee employment
• You will not misuse the platform to spam employers or submit fraudulent applications
• You grant employers permission to view your profile when you apply to their listings

4. Employers

• You agree to post only legitimate job opportunities
• You will not use the platform to discriminate against candidates based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your job listings
• You agree to comply with all applicable labour laws of The Gambia
• Payment for premium services is non-refundable unless otherwise stated

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Scraping, harvesting, or collecting user data without consent
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose
• Uploading malicious software or content

6. Intellectual Property

All content on The Gambia Jobs, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of The Gambia Jobs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Gambia Jobs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, employment decisions made based on information found on the platform, or actions taken by other users.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
