Support and strengthen implementation of gender mainstreaming initiatives at national and regional levels, ensuring effective programme delivery, monitoring, and capacity building to advance gender equality and women's empowerment.
Requirements
Master's Degree or advanced training in Gender Studies, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Social Work, International Affairs, Humanitarian Studies, or related field; minimum 2 years relevant professional experience in gender programming, social services, advocacy, or community development; demonstrated experience working with vulnerable communities and promoting gender equality initiatives; strong communication, facilitation, and reporting skills.
